Robert Moulton

  • Credit Union Background: Credit Union Member for 35 years. Currently serving on PSE Credit Union Board of Directors since 2013. Served as Treasurer for the past year and served on various committees over the years.
  • Experience: B.B.A. in Accounting. Self-employed as a CPA for 47 years.
  • Organizations: None.

Deborah Stipkovich

  • Credit Union Background: Credit Union Member for 36 years.
  • Experience: M.B.A. Accounting/Taxation. 30-year employee at KeyBank, currently working as a Sr. Risk Manager. CPA, CFA, Passed Certified Financial Planning Exam.
  • Organizations: Currently serving as Treasurer on Global Ambassador’s Language Academy since 2019, youth softball coach.

Steve Rebraca

  • Credit Union Background: Credit Union Member for 56 years. Served as a Branch Auditor at the Credit Union from 2019 – 2021.
  • Experience: Currently Retired as a Director of Financial Services. Worked as a Consultant for Deloitte Consulting & Pentair Inc., worked with Fortune 500 Companies developing new processes and systems in the areas of Accounts Receivable & Payables. Prior experience working as a Credit Manager at Rubbermaid.
  • Organizations: From 2005 – 2023 served as the Treasurer on the Quail Ride Condominium Board.

Angela N. Parish

  • Credit Union Background: Prior to the merger—an OFCCU member for 8 years.
  • Experience: Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Social Work. Working as a Social Worker III for Cuyahoga County, Children Services for 19 years.
  • Organizations: Currently serves as a Board Member for a girls mentoring group.

John Patrick Rupp

  • Credit Union Background: Credit Union Member for 45 years.
  • Experience: MBA from Jack Welsch Management Institute. Currently working as the Director Sales and Operational Support and Planning at Newark Electronics.
  • Organizations: None.

Kelly Scheiman

  • Credit Union Background: Credit Union Member for 38 years.
  • Experience: CPA. Working as an Accountant for Olympic Forest Products for the past 3 years.
  • Organizations: Served as Treasurer from 2009 – 2015 for the Parma Area Chamber of Commerce. Currently serving as Treasurer for Polish Village since 2012.

Bernadette Simmons

  • Credit Union Background: Credit Union Member for 20 years.
  • Experience: CPC, License Notary. Working as a Provider Auditor at Elevance Health.
  • Organizations: None.

Daniel Basil Hamilton

  • Credit Union Background: Credit Union Member for 41 years.
  • Experience: PhD Anthropology, MPH – Administration and Policy. Currently working as Director of Finance for LGBT Community Center of Greater Cleveland for the past 9 years.
  • Organizations: Served as Board of Director for the Young Professional Network—Cleveland in 2018. Served as Board Member & Treasurer of the Lorain County LGBTQ from 2021 – 2022. Currently serving since 2023 on the Advisory Board for PFLAG Cleveland.
