PSE Credit Union has dedicated June of 2026 to raising awareness and funds for our philanthropic mission in support of Rainbow Babies & Children's Hospital.
This month, we hosted two incredible events—our First Annual Golf Outing and our Kids Helping Kids Fest—which together raised more than $10,000 for the hospital. In addition, we collected donations of brand-new items to help brighten the days of the children receiving care.

As part of our June fundraising efforts, we proudly delivered donated items collected at all of our branches along with a $1,000 contribution to UH Rainbow Babies & Children's Hospital.
During our visit, we also had the opportunity to tour the hospital and see firsthand how the generosity of our employees, members, and community helps make a difference in the lives of children and their families. It was a meaningful reminder of why we continue to support this incredible mission year after year.

Being part of PSE’s philanthropic mission supporting Rainbow Babies and Children’s Hospital has truly made me feel like I’m part of something special. Through this experience, I have gained a deeper understanding of what our donations truly mean to the children and families who rely on this support during some of the most difficult times in their lives.
I am grateful to be part of such a meaningful cause and to help create and support fundraising events throughout the year that make a real difference in our community.
Serving on PSE Credit Union’s Rainbow Committee for more than eight years has been a rewarding experience, not only for me but for my family as well. My two children have grown up volunteering alongside me at community events, learning firsthand the importance of giving back and supporting others.
I am proud to continue being part of this mission and remain committed to raising awareness and supporting the cause both personally and through our company and community events.
Our partnership with Rainbow Babies and Children's Hospital has always been a source of pride for me. Hearing stories from families who are directed affected by our fundraising efforts has made a tremendous impact on my life.
Rainbow Babies & Children’s Hospital provides children and their families with a second chance at life by treating childhood cancer and other pediatric illnesses. I am grateful to work at PSE where our support for Rainbow Babies shows up every day in our workplace; purchasing candy, paying for jeans days on Fridays and Saturdays or attending annual fundraisers. With our help funding for medical research and family/child activities is made easier.
Being part of our partnership with Rainbow Babies & Children's Hospital is something I am truly proud of. It is inspiring to work for an organization that is committed to giving back and making a difference in the lives of children and families facing some of life's most difficult challenges.
Since 2012, our credit union has donated more than $166,000 to support Rainbow Babies & Children's Hospital. That level of commitment speaks volumes about who we are as an organization and the values we share. Knowing that our efforts help support children battling illnesses, provide resources for their families, and contribute to important research and advancements in medical care makes this partnership especially meaningful.
What I find most inspiring is that every donation, fundraiser, and act of support helps bring hope to families during difficult times. It also supports the dedicated doctors, nurses, and medical teams who work tirelessly to care for these children and advance treatments through research and innovation.
I am grateful to be part of an organization that continues to invest in our community and support such an incredible cause. As our partnership with Rainbow Babies & Children's Hospital continues to grow, I look forward to seeing the positive impact we can make together for years to come.
My experience at University Hospitals Rainbow Babies & Children’s Hospital is something I will carry with me forever. In February 2022, during on the hardest and most vulnerable times in my life, the staff went far beyond medical care. They made me feel genuinely seen, heard, comforted and cared for as a person.
There are so many moments I’ll never forget. The library printed out an entire 208-page poetry book for me to help keep my mind occupied and comforted during my stay. One of my nurses sat and ate breakfast with me because she knew I was feeling lonely and struggling to eat on my own. Another nurse brought me many skincare products because she noticed how much I loved taking care of my skin and wanted to help me feel more like myself again.
Another one of the most meaningful moments came after I slowly regained by ability to walk. A nurse too me up to the terrace, and being able to stand there, look out at the view, and simply feel the fresh air again was overwhelming in the best way. It reminded me how precious healing truly is and I thank him for that.
Every small act of kindness from the staff meant more than words can explain. They brought comfort into moments that felt frightening and isolating, and they showed me that compassion can heal just as much as medicine. I will always be grateful to everyone at Rainbow Babies & Children’s Hospital for the care, patience and love they showed me during my recovery.
Because of this experience, it means even more to me to now work for a company that contributes to and supports projects and causes like these. Seeing firsthand the impact that compassion, community and care can have on someone’s life has given me such a deep appreciation for the people and organizations dedicated to helping others heal.
