IMPORTANT MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT/CEO

WE ARE IN THIS TOGETHER!

There is no higher priority for our entire PSE family than the health and safety of our members, employees, and communities we serve. As the virus continues to spread in the United States and Northeast Ohio, we take the threat very seriously. Our Senior Management Team is continuously monitoring the evolving situation and having daily discussions.

The following internal precautionary and preparatory measures have been enacted to keep our members and employees safe, while minimizing disruption of our service to our members:

  • We are in continuous communication with our employees to remind them about the importance of good hygiene.
  • In order to maintain “social distancing,” we are temporarily modifying branch access to our members at our Parma, Strongsville, and Medina branches. Effective Friday, March 20, lobby traffic will be appointment only for loans! You can simply call the Parma branch--440-843-8300, Strongsville branch--440-572-3830, or Medina branch--330-661-0160 to arrange an appointment to apply for a loan or sign for a loan that is in process.
  • Members can also go to our website @ WWW.PSECREDITUNION.ORG to apply for a loan.
  • Our Drive Thru-Lanes will remain open at our Parma, Strongsville, and Medina branches during our normal hours--Monday through Thursday, 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.; Friday, 9:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m.; and Saturday, 9:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m.

We encourage you to access your account securely anytime, anywhere with PSE Credit Union’s Online Banking program or Mobile App. If you haven’t already, make sure your login and passwords for Mobile and Online applications are up to date and accurate.

Protect yourself from fraud. Remember that PSE Credit Union will NEVER proactively call, email, or text you asking you to provide confidential information, including your account numbers. If you receive communications like these, do not respond and report it immediately to PSE Credit Union.
